Ann has been with Zerr Berg Architects and Gehrtz Construction Services since 2020. As the Marketing and Business Development Director, Ann ensures that both companies are visible in the local community and online spheres. She ensures that potential clients can find the firms and understand how their services will help business and individual growth. Ann has a degree in Industrial Technology with an emphasis in Graphic Communication from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND. Outside of work, Ann can be found taking up various outdoor activities ranging from growing food and flowers, hiking and exploring. She is also a runner, avid reader, and yogi.
What made you want to work here?
Zerr Berg and Gehrtz are both very involved in the local community and I loved that I would have the opportunity to be involved in the growth and success of many local businesses and individuals. The firms works closely with many local school districts and I love fostering those relationships and helping to impact generations of learners through our work.
What’s the best part of your job?
I get to do everything! Marketing is a very broad job and since we have such a small team in-house, I get to work with everyone and be a part of each aspect of what the firm does. My days are always very interesting and engaging!
Any awards, certificates, or other special licenses?
My adventurous spirit has led to me to become a private pilot, certified scuba diver, and master gardener. I’m currently going through my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and am an alumni of the United Way 35 Under 35 program.
