Ulen-Hitterdal Elementary School design includes typical elementary school classrooms clustered around two “tech resource areas” designed to allow flexibility in curriculum delivery and to provide access to technology resources near the classroom. Students are divided into two houses PK-3 and 4-6. Many facilities in this school are designed to accommodate students from the adjacent Ulen-Hitterdal High School. Commons, gymnasium, media center, computer classrooms, kitchen, and administration areas are all designed to enhance programs for, or to accommodate the entire PK-12 student population.
