Zerr Berg Architecture has been working with this new Living Word Lutheran Church since they formed in 2010. Rapid growth in their first year of existence had caused them to outgrow their leased worship space. We explored several options for new construction or renovation of an existing building with them through 2011. In late 2011, they decided to move forward with the purchase of the Schwann’s University building in SE Marshall. The first phase included renovation of the existing building to provide temporary worship space. The second phase includes a new 450 seat, 7,500 SF worship addition.
