Zerr Berg Architects guided Faith Lutheran Church in Hutchinson through a mission and ministry-oriented facility assessment that resulted in the decision to develop a phased plan for the existing site. The existing “Faith on Main” constructed in 1938 had several inherent problems including poor accessibility, a lack of gathering and fellowship space, and insufficient flexibility throughout the existing building. Phase 1 included a 29,450 square foot addition comprised of new administration offices, classrooms, large gathering spaces, music room, entry, toilet rooms, and nursery while dramatically improving existing circulation and finishes.
