Zerr Berg Architects assisted
in the design of an addition for St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. 20,000
SF of new space replaced approximately 35,000 SF of existing facilities
that suffered from a number of physical and infrastructure problems.
The addition, which is smaller but more convenient to the church in
reducing operating costs and improving function, includes a new rectory,
multipurpose room, church offices, education and gathering space. Upon
completion of design work, ZBA turned the project over to Design/Build
Contractor Olaf Anderson. |
